INFORMATION ABOUT FUNCTIONS & VENUE HIRE

Gold Coast Eagles Rugby Club provides the perfect location for any function, from a small gathering to a celebration for up to 150 people.

 

Our experienced events team can tailor your function to suit your requirements and budget and will work with you to create the perfect celebration to impress your guests.

 

We offer seated dining for up to 100 or cocktail style for up to 150. We adhere to all COVID restrictions and have a COVID safe plan in place.

 

With a picturesque outlook, your guests will love the view and environment on offer.

We can comfortably accommodate:

• Birthday parties (18th, 21st, 30th, 100th or anything in between)

• Kids parties

• Engagement parties

• Product launches

• Themed traditional nights (e.g. South African, Fiji, New Zealand)

• Trivia nights

• Wakes/Celebration of Life

• Staff/Other meetings

Theming is easy

You are welcome to decorate the room to suit your requirements (approved by events team), all we ask is that you remove any decorations and theming the next day.

 

Catering is easy

For self-catering, we have a semi commercial kitchen with 2 x deep fryers, oven and stove top plus 3 x BBQ’s. All available for your use and are included in the room hire. Alternatively, we can recommend caterers.

 

We can also accommodate food trucks if this is your preference however we require a minimum of 4 weeks notice to arrange permits with Council.

 

Need a cake?

Bring your own or we can recommend a supplier.

 

Music and AV

We have AV equipment available (included in room hire) or arrange your own DJ or small band (at your own cost).

 

Activities

For a kids birthday party, contact our friends at 1st FiVes Rugby for the ultimate in kids bouncing rugby fun or arrange your own jumping castle (needs pre-approval). 

 

Bar services

Our well-priced, fully stocked bar can be tailored to suit your preferences.  We will work with you to create the perfect beverage list for your guests.  Standard drinks include beer/cider, red wine/white wine/bubbly (by bottle or glass), pre-mixed spirits with other options available on request.

 

Please note, no BYO is permitted.

 

Special requests 

Our team will work with you to accommodate any special requests from activities for young and old to a slide show for a commemoration.
